It's great to help your friend and be there for them but don't forget to think about yourself as well, it is so easy to get very emotionally invested in that.  Be kind to your mind

You're doing better than you think you are.  Staying positive doesn't mean you have to be happy all the time. It means that even on hard days you know there are better days to come.

Your mental health matters in every season of life  Don't compare your life to others. There's no comparison between the sun and the moon, they shine when it's their time.

Your mental health is a priority! Your happiness is an essential! Your self -care is a necessity.  the face that you are trying is proof that you are strong.
