Leadership Award

Taking good leadership as read, this award is for an individual or team who is an outstanding leader that has had a high impact on the Trust, its employees and those who use its services. Irrespective of their position in the Trust, this person or team will have acted as a role model; setting high standards, championing these and providing mentoring for others to do the same.

 

In addition to the core criteria the judges will be looking for evidence of:

• Achievements which have had a significant and effective impact on patients, service users and/or staff/volunteers.
• Truly innovative elements of their leadership contribution.
• How have they engaged others to ensure high impact and influence in the role/project/task?
• What is distinctive about the leader’s contribution to the reputation of the Trust?
