Community Nutrition and Dietetic Service
We provide therapeutic dietetic care in a variety of settings, from individual to group education, for people across Nottinghamshire, with the following conditions:
Adults
- Malnutrition
- Diabetes
- Pressure ulcers
- Coeliac Disease
- Irritable Bowel Disease
Children
- Children’s Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy
- Feeding concerns in Autistic Spectrum Disorder
- Faltering growth
- Obesity in under 5 year olds

Accessing our service
To use this service, your GP or Community based health care professional will need to refer you. You must be registered with a GP in the following areas:
- Mansfield and Ashfield
- Newark and Sherwood
- Rushcliffe
- Broxtowe
- Gedling
All health professionals can refer patients via Systmone. Referrals to be sent to Nutrition and Dietetic Service.
