Eligibility criteria

You must be 18+ years of age
Have an open referral within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
The referral must be with a team in the Mental Health Care Group
This referral must remain open for at least 4 months from your enrolment appointment

When we receive your expression of interest to enrol via the online form or call on 0115 956 0827, we will check your eligibility.
