What is Risk and Incentive?
The risk and incentive is a legal agreement which supports the delivery of the Partnership Agreement.
The aims of the Partnership agreement are:
- Maximise service user benefit at all times.
- Support the delivery of the Provider Collaborative’s strategy and delivery plan.
- Encourage collaboration in order to agree the best way to use the resources available and provide a consistent approach to paying for services.
- Prioritise optimising capacity within the providers units in line with the IMPACT clinical model.
- Cover the Provider Collaboratives and each Providers reasonable operating costs with a view to achieving financial stability of the Provider Collaborative.
- Drive efficiencies amongst the Providers and across the Provider Collaborative whilst maintaining quality of the services.
- Maximise the opportunity to reinvest in and reshape the services provided to Service Users whilst seeking opportunities for growth.
