Our gardening packs

Gardening Packs have been created by the Live Team to support people to access gardening activities in their homes and/or gardens. Anyone who is in receipt of care from Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is eligible for the gardening packs.

When you request your first gardening pack you will automatically be given the Starter Pack as well. The Starter Pack contains the basic gardening supplies that you will need to use the other gardening packs such as hand-held trowel, compost and plant pots.

If you would like a gardening pack, please complete the Gardening Pack Referral Form.
