Clinical Neuropsychology Team
Clinical Neuropsychology services are provided to people with psychological difficulties secondary to a neurological illness. Neuropsychology services are provided as part of certain multidisciplinary teams within Nottinghamshire Healthcare including the Bassetlaw Long Term Neurological Condition team, The Nottingham Community Stroke team, and the Mid Notts Community Neurorehabilitation team. Neuropsychology services are also provided in partnership with Sherwood Forest Hospitals on the Kingsmill Stroke Ward and the Mid Notts Integrated Community Stroke Service.
Accessing our service
You need to be referred by the stroke or neurorehabilitation teams:
- Kingsmill Stroke Ward
- Kingsmill Integrated Community Stroke Team
- Bassetlaw Long Term Neurological Conditions Team
- Nottingham Community Stroke Service
We are unable to accept self-referrals.
The hospital sites are accessible by wheelchair.

Outside of office hours please contact your GP service, NHS 111, or in an emergency go to your local Accident and Emergency (A&E) department.
