Trust Psychotherapist publishes book

Congratulations to Philip Kinsella, Behavioural Psychotherapist, who has co-authored his first book named CBT for Long Term Conditions and Medically Unexplained Symptoms. Described as essential reading for developing skills in working with this client group’  the book explores the interface between physical and psychological health. The narrative looks at how CBT can be used to treat anxiety and depression alongside a co-morbid long-term physical health condition or medically unexplained symptoms. Philip co-authored the book with Psychologist Helen Moya. Congrats!
