The Trust proudly celebrated the winners of the 2024/25 OSCARS (Outstanding Service Contribution and Recognition Scheme).
Annabel Wilson, Tissue Viability Nurse, and Rachel Medcalf, Lead Pharmacist, from Nottinghamshire Healthcare have collaborated with Rodric Franic, Consultant Microbiologist at Nottingham University Hospitals, and Nicola Bucher, Senior Medicine Optimisation Pharmacist from the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS) to update a Wound Infection Guidance to support all services across the ICS.
We recently heard from a colleague about the fantastic work they do to support their team to have the reflective practice they need.
Each month, a unique and supportive space opens up within the Perinatal Mental Health team, where staff gather not just to talk, but to reflect and create art. Led by Sue Bulmer, Art Psychotherapist, the Arts-Based Loss Reflective Practice Group offers an opportunity to process the often-unspoken emotional impact of working in a healthcare setting, particularly around experiences of loss.
