On 20 December 2016, the Day Hospital will move to Lings Bar Hospital, Beckside, Gamston, Nottingham, NG2 6PR. On 28 December 2016, all community teams and outpatient clinics, as well as a smaller day hospital group, will move to Highbury Hospital, Highbury Road, Bulwell, Nottingham, NG6 9DR.
The community teams and outpatient clinics moving to Highbury Hospital include the City Community Mental Health Team, City Dementia Outreach Team, City Memory Assessment Services and City Mental Health Intensive Recovery Service, Gedling and Hucknall Community Mental Health Team and Gedling and Hucknall Intensive Recovery Intervention Service. There will be no change to Broxtowe Day Services based at Stapleford Care Centre and Eastwood Volunteer Bureau.
All patients currently using these services have been informed about the moves and where to go for their next appointment or session. There will be no change to the services that patients receive; these will still be delivered in the same way but from a different location.
