We're hosting an event on Tuesday 17 December, for patients and carers, as part of the next phase of our Big Plan conversations.
World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week runs from 18 to 24 November, during the week, Nottinghamshire Healthcare will be raising awareness of measures we can all take to tackle antimicrobial resistance.
Nottinghamshire Healthcare's DESMOND team won the Innovation Award at the recent national Celebrating DESMOND Awards.
Dr Gemma Paszek works as part of the Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust team that won the award for Best Outcomes Award category.
Dr Saima Masud, a consultant clinical psychologist at the Trust, will very shortly be setting out with CoppaFeel! on a challenging and life-changing trek, all in the name of checking chests! With Giovanna Fletcher at the helm, the fabulous community of trekkers, and celebrity team captains, will conquer five days of trekking in the Indian Himalayas. She will leave for the trek on 9 November.
The conference will take place on 14 November 2024, focusing on innovations for reducing restrictive practice.
