Non-Executive Director vacancy - join our Board
We are seeking to recruit one more Non-Executive Director to join our unitary Board and help shape the future of Nottinghamshire Healthcare.
Following a successful recruitment process at the end of 2024, which led to the appointment of three exceptional individuals, we are now looking to fill our final vacancy. This is a unique opportunity to bring strategic leadership, oversight, and challenge at a critical time, helping to shape our future direction and improve the lives of the people we serve.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in:
- Leading cultural change
- Forensic, mental health and/or community health services senior leadership
- Clinical leadership as an Allied Health Professional, Healthcare Scientist, Nurse, or Doctor
You don't need previous NHS Non-Executive Director experience - we're looking for passionate, strategic leaders with Board-level or equivalent experience from private, public, or third sector organisations.
