Following feedback from our service users we’re changing our outbound telephone number; this is the number that appears when someone receives a call from the Trust.
From 23 January 2023, people receiving our calls will now see a new number when we call from one of our landline phones.
We recommend saving this number in your phone contacts so you will easily recognise when a member of Nottinghamshire Healthcare staff is trying to contact you.
If you miss our call, we will try again at a different time. If you do happen to call the number back, you will receive an automated message advising you that someone from Nottinghamshire Healthcare has called and will attempt to call you back, no further action is required on your part.
Please note the exceptions to this are any services that currently show their own team number as these will remain unchanged. Also, the numbers used for outbound calls from the following Trust sites will remain the same:
The changes can take up to 72 hours from 23 January to come into effect.
You can contact Nottinghamshire Healthcare’s main switchboard using 0115 969 1300, this line is open 24 hours a day. If you contact the switchboard team after missing one of our calls, the switchboard team will not be able to advise you who tried to get in touch, please wait for the team or staff member to contact you again at a different time.
If you need help in a crisis, please contact our crisis team using 0808 196 3779 the crisis line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to people of all ages.
If you have an immediate, life-threatening emergency requiring mental or physical health assistance you should call 999.
