Following authorisation as a Foundation Trust in March 2015 the Board of Directors believes it is the right time to refresh the organisation’s long term strategic vision.

This 2016 - 2021 vision describes how we will develop our services and what this will mean for those who use our services and our workforce. It is deliberately at a high level, to demonstrate the vision and concepts; allowing everyone to help shape the detail further and help us to make sure we get it right. However, what it does, is make a firm commitment to quality and safety and to improve outcomes for the populations we serve.

We welcome your comments and thoughts on our strategic vision and we have a number of ways for people to have their say. You can complete our online survey or come to one of our consultation meetings:
