Help to shape the future of health and social care
The latest in a series of public briefing and feedback events will give people the chance to find out more about plans to better join up health and care in Greater Nottingham.
Patients and citizens can give their views and ask questions at the special event on:
- Date: Wednesday 4 July 2018
- Time: 6pm arrival for 6.30pm start until 8.30pm
- Location: Hucknall Rolls-Royce Leisure, Griffon Room, Watnall Rd, Hucknall, Nottingham NG15 6EU
The event is being organised by the Greater Nottingham Transformation Partnership, which is made up of local NHS organisations and other health providers, Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council.
This part of the wider Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP).
