Patients and citizens can give their views and ask questions at the special event on:
Date: Thursday 10 May
Time: 1pm arrival for 1.30pm start till 4pm
Location: Beeston Youth and Community Centre, West End, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1GL

The event is being organised by the Greater Nottingham Transformation Partnership, which is made up of local NHS organisations and other health providers, Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council.
This part of the wider Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP).
No one in England has tried this before on such a large scale across all of health and social care in one place, so the views of the public are vital in making sure this work moves forward in the right way.
To reserve a place at the event, please contact our Patient Experience Team at nnestccg.pet@nhs.net, or call 0800 028 3693 (Option 2).
