Free patient wifi now available
Free wifi is now available for patients to use at most of our sites.
You can see a list of sites where wifi is available [pdf].9KB . Some sites may only have partial coverage, as we are only covering patient areas.
All you need to do to access is:
- open wifi settings
- choose ‘NHS Wi-Fi’
- open a browser
- click ‘proceed to internet’ – you will be redirected to the NHS England website
You will then be ready to use the wifi.
If you have any problems using the wifi, support is provided by WiFi SPARK. You can contact them on 0344 848 9555.
If you can’t see the network ‘NHS Wi-Fi' in your settings, there may not be coverage in that area yet. Speak to a member of staff who can request coverage from the Trust’s IT team.
