Email issues at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

From approximately 10pm on Wednesday 19 March to 10pm on Thursday 20 March, Nottinghamshire Healthcare had issues receiving external emails.
Microsoft has now resolved the issue, but the Trust would like to alert service users and health and care partners that emails sent during that time period may not have arrived with their intended recipient.
To help rectify this, the Trust's Digital team will send a message to all email addresses where the email didn't get through explaining the issue and asking the sender to resend.
However, for extra reassurance, if patients, families, carers and colleagues across the health and care system are concerned that their messages sent between 10pm Wednesday and 10pm Thursday may not have got through to the Trust, then please resend.
