Do you care for someone with dementia?

The Institute of Mental Health is holding three consultation events for carers of people living with dementia.

The discussion will focus on how we can improve the health support provided for carers in Nottinghamshire.

The events will take place from 12:30pm to 4:45pm on:

  • 14 August 2017
  • 11 September 2017
  • 23 October 2017
