As part of National Carers Week (8-14 June) Nottinghamshire Healthcare is launching a survey to gather feedback about the experiences of the carers, families and friends of the people who use our services.
A survey is available from all teams in the Trust and is also available online: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/carers-survey-2015.
Ruth Hawkins, Chief Executive said:
“It is really important to us to listen and respond to the needs, views and aspirations of carers, families and friends as they have a key role to play as partners with us in providing care. This survey will play an important part in this and I would encourage everyone to take a few minutes to share their feedback.”
We will be collecting views from carers, families and friends until 10 July across all teams in the Trust. We will then put all the results on our feedback website in August 2015: http://feedback.nottinghamshirehealthcare.nhs.uk/content/what-are-people-saying-about-our-services . This feedback will be given to our services who will be asked to respond to any areas identified where further improvements to the service can be made.
