Community Nursing Evening and Night Service
We provide unplanned nursing support to patients who are registered with our District Nursing teams. We offer support for:
- falls
- continence
- end of life/palliative care
- administration of medications
- wound care
All calls to our service are answered by a non-clinical call handler, who passes a message to the Community Nursing Evening and Night Team. In an emergency, advice will be given about calling 999.
Services opening hours
7 days a week, from 8pm to 8am.
Accessing our service
To use our service, you need to be registered with a GP in Nottingham North and East, Nottingham West or Rushcliffe. You can also use our service if you are registered at The Giltbrook Practice or Newthorpe Medical Practice.
