We help people who have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) to improve their quality of life. We do this by helping patients to manage their condition, through exercise and education.
Patients are offered a choice of venues for our pulmonary rehabilitation programmes.

COPD/Respiratory Services
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Community Services provide case management, including integrated, multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment through person-centred care plans, in line with case management strategies.
Pulmonary rehabilitation programmes consist of exercise and education to help patients improve their quality of life by monitoring and managing their condition. These are delivered in each of the localities and patients offered a choice of venues.
Accessing our services
Specialist nurses are available Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
The COPD community clinic takes place at Keyworth Primary Care Centre on the last Wednesday of the month, from 9am - 12pm.
