Community Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

We provide a period of rehabilitation at Mansfield Community Hospital for people who are medically stable and need support from a number of different professionals.

Our service is for people aged over 16 who are registered with a GP in Mansfield and Ashfield or Newark and Sherwood.
