Children in Care and Adoption
We support the delivery of health assessments for children in care in Nottingham, and we want them to have the best health possible.
The service aims to meet our statutory responsibilities and is available to children and young people aged 0-18 years old.
Service opening hours
8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).

Please call one of the teams using the numbers below. The team can also give you information about public transport to each service. Visitor parking is available at each site. Some spaces are only for blue badge holders.
