It is recommended that the following subjects should be attended face to face particularly if completing the session for the first time:

  • Nasogastric Tube Awareness,
  • Tracheostomy Care,
  • Administration of a Prefilled Subcutaneous Injection,
  • Autistic Spectrum Disorder
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Please send a referral form and detail your availability for these courses. Alternatively, an MST session can be arranged.

 

 

Children’s Community Training Team Workshops

Please note that the dates listed below are for workshops. Each workshop consists of a morning of theory and then an optional practical session in the afternoon.

Workshops are strongly recommended for learners who are new to the subject.

Delegates are welcome to attend for the morning only to receive their theory or can stay for the full day where they will have the opportunity to complete their first or annual competency assessment.

Children’s Community Training Team Theoretical and Competency Assessment Clinic

These courses offer combined theory and competency assessment allowing the delegate to attend once to achieve both theory and competency sign off. Held at: The Children’s Centre, City Hospital, Hucknall Road, Nottingham. NG5 1PB.
