Nottinghamshire County Post COVID Service

The Post Covid Service is a non-diagnostic, community based service for adults (over 18 years) presenting with symptoms of Long Covid. Long Covid clinics are held in various locations throughout the county and patients are offered an appointment at their nearest clinic.

Our small, dynamic team consists of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Vocational Rehab Occupational Therapists, a Respiratory Physiotherapist, a Clinical Psychologist (1 day a week) and access to medics in a weekly multidisciplinary team (MDT).

We offer:

  • A holistic clinical assessment
  • Support with symptom management through an online group and 1:1 sessions (in a clinic setting)
  • Psychological well-being
  • Vocational rehabilitation

Our aim is to improve the function, well-being, quality of life and employment for people experiencing Post Covid symptoms. We will provide or request onward referrals when required.

Patients with a GP within Nottinghamshire County can access the service.

Service opening hours

The service is available Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, we do not operate in the evenings and weekends
